Peak Performance Massage Therapy’s goal is to provide relief from chronic pain and sports injuries utilizing neuromuscular massage therapy. Therapeutic massage is offered to those seeking relaxation and stress relief. The main focus at Peak Performance Massage Therapy, LLC is to help alleviate pain and provide a good foundation of education, strengthening, flexibility, and pain management. Through Peak Performance Massage Therapy, LLC’s holistic approach, we hope to create a better quality of life for each individual client.

The owner, Mike Recicar, has been practicing massage therapy in the Orlando area since 1996. He also assists in teaching Judith Walker’s Neuromuscular Massage Therapy certification course. As a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Personal Trainer, Mike has had the opportunity to work with the Orlando Predators, David Leadbetter’s golf academy at Champions Gate, and local tri-athletes. Through these affiliations, Mike has gathered a wealth of knowledge and experience in treating injuries and providing preventive and maintenance therapy to avoid future injuries.
