Appointments
Massage appointments are scheduled in advance by appointment only. Appointments can be scheduled by phone or email. Appointments scheduled by email must be submitted 48 hours in advance prior to desired appointment date and time.

Cancellation Policy
To reschedule or cancel an appointment we require 24 hours notice. This gives Peak Performance, LLC the opportunity to provide your time slot to another client. If 24 hours notice is not provided, you will be billed for the full amount of the session. Cases of extreme emergencies are considered exceptions.

Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available for all occasions. These can be purchased over the phone or in the office. Gift Certificates are valid for six months.
