​Chris Haworth qualified as a Remedial Massage Therapist and Sports Injury Therapist in Sydney, Australia in 2002, he has since also qualified in Osteopathic Techniques and Acupuncture Techniques for Sports Injury Therapists as part of his on going CPD (Continuing Professional Development​), Chris has also completed the Neil-Asher Technique (NAT) course for treating Frozen Shoulders. He is a member of the International Council of Holistic Therapists and also the Com​plementary and Natural Healthcare Council​ . 
With 20 years of experience in the massage and sports injury industries, Chris has worked with a number of Physiotherapists and Osteopaths at practices in Sydney and Oxford as well as treating various professional sports teams including the Australian and New Zealand national rugby teams providing maintenance and rehabilitative massage.

Chris provides sports and remedial massage to clients throughout Oxfordshire and the Cotswold's and currently holds clinics in both Milton-under-Wychwood and Oxford.

I have experience of treating a wide variety of both acute and chronic conditions in patients from all walks of life. I use a range of hands on techniques aimed to improve joint and soft tissue health, including articulation, mobilisation and
stretching. I also provide lifestyle and postural advice, suggesting stretches and other exercises as appropriate.
